Acupuncture Supplies of Porthcawl and www.acupuncturedirect.co.uk is part of a small family company, PMW Enterprises Ltd, and you can be assured that your orders are dealt with on an individual basis by Jill or Meredith in the same manner as all our mail and telephone orders are.

MAKING A PURCHASE
We can accept orders and payments by; telephone (+44 (0)1796 482 114), fax (+44 (0)1796 481 493), email (sales@acupuncturedirect.co.uk) and through this website and the Worldpay Secure Payment System. Or alternatively by post, by simply giving the description of goods and quantity of items required. After you have placed your order on-line, we will send a confirmation email to you summarising the order.
If you place an order offline, please contact us to arrange payment. If you decide to pay by cheque, we will wait until it clears before processing the order.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment in sterling by cheque made payable to "Acupuncture Supplies" or by Maestro, Delta VISA, or MasterCard. The company name for these charges on your statement will be "PMW Enterprises Porthcawl"
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
If for any reason we cannot despatch your order within 7 working days (excluding weekends), we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the item(s) out of stock, or be given an expected date of delivery.
We cannot guarantee exact timescales for delivery. Royal Mail can take up to 14 days to deliver your package within the UK mainland. Orders for non-mainland UK may take slightly longer.
PRICING
We retain the right to change the prices without notice. If prices on this website do not reflect our current retail price at anytime, you will be notified of the price difference and offered the option to accept the new price, or opt out of placing order.
UK DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charge for purchases on standard sized items:
Orders Under £15 = £2.50, £15.01 - £25 = £3.95, £25.01 - £50 = £4.95, Over £50 = £5.95
Various larger items will have their shipping costs calculated automatically based on size and weight.
These charges are for UK Mainland deliveries only. For delivery costs outside the UK please contact us for a quote.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. Acupuncture Supplies cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
TENS MACHINES
Regrettably, due to local legislation TENS machines cannot be despatched to North America.
RETURNS POLICY
We always aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Perceived faults can usually be resolved by a simple call to our Customer Services Team on +44 (0)1796 482 114, so please call or email us sales@acupuncturedirect.co.uk before returning goods.
We guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Acupuncture Supplies you can return it to us under our 14 day money back guarantee.
Should you require to return your order to us you should include paperwork with your original order number stated, a description of the defect, your name and address, a contact telephone number and state whether you would like a refund or replacement. Goods are returned at the customer's expense and we advise obtaining 'proof of delivery' as Acupuncture Supplies are not liable for goods lost in transit. If however damage has occurred to the goods in transit to our customers we would ask you to contact us immediately and return them to us as soon as possible (for which we will refund the postage) and we will either replace them or make a refund.
Acupuncture Supplies will refund the full amount of the products purchased, less the original postage and packing paid, as long as the products are returned in a new and unused condition.

This Terms does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note some of our processes are manual and errors can occur. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused. We reserve the right to cancel any order where obvious errors in pricing or product description have occurred.
Applicable law - These Terms and Conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste.
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health.
We can help
We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.
We will take back and dispose of any products we have sold to you on a like for like basis if they are returned to us at this address.
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.
