Tens machines cannot be despatched to USA.
UK Ordering
Orders can be made via this website and the Worldpay Secure payment system, by Telephone: +44 (0)1796 482114, Fax: +44 (0)1796 481493, email at sales@acupuncturedirect.co.uk or post, by simply giving the description of goods and quantity of items required.
Payments
Payment can be made via cheque made payable to Acupuncture Supplies Porthcawl, Credit cards or UK issued Debit cards.
Returns
Returns will be accepted provided the goods are as new and are returned to us within 14 days. Please note that the return postage is to be paid by the customer. If however damage has occurred to the goods in transit we would ask you to return them to us as soon as possible (for which we will refund the postage) and we will either replace them or make a refund.
UK Delivery Charges
Delivery charge for purchases on standard sized items: Orders over £40 = £3 - Orders under £40 = £1. Various larger items will have their shipping costs calculated automatically based on size and weight.
