The Med-E-Lert Automatic Pill Dispenser is easy to set-up, simple to use and the alarm buzzer sounds continuously (up to 30 minutes) until the pills are removed. The Med-E-Lert has 28 compartments that can hold up to 18 aspirin size pills and the compartments are 20% larger than other automatic pill dispensers. The Med-E-Lert is tamper proof as it is not possible to get the medications before it is time. The Med-E-Lert can be filled with medications for one to two weeks, depending on the number of doses per day. Only the deignated dose is available. A loud beeping sound alert (3 tone settings) signals when it is time to take the medication. If the medication is not taken then it is kept safe in the locked Med-E-Lert. The Med-E-Lert alarm has a loud sound and a blinking light. There is a low battery alert and batteries are included.(4 x AA).
